Coaching Services
We have a flexible coaching offer with sessions available online or in person. We work with individuals, groups and organisations who want to invest in the development of their people.
All services start with a free half hour discovery call.
1-1 coaching
Our 1-1 coaching packages are tailored to your individual needs. In your free discovery call we will explore your particular challenges and how coaching with us might help. If you decide to work with us, we will help you gain clarity, build confidence and take action towards the future that you want - whether that means stepping up, stepping back or stepping into something new.
So what does this look like?
- Free half hour introductory call
- 6 x 1 hour online sessions
- Homework or challenges between sessions
Your investment: £750
Individual sessions are available at £150 and bespoke packages, including in-person sessions, dependent on location.
Group coaching
In our group coaching, we bring small groups of people together around a common theme and through a group approach, explore the challenges and questions you have.
Common interests include changing career direction, stepping up, finding work-life balance, overcoming imposter syndrome, dealing with burnout or overwhelm.
With a maximum group size of six, we create a safe space for you to explore and learn together.
Group sessions are bespoke and negotiated with each individual group.
Corporate Services
We offer a range of bespoke services for individuals, groups and teams. If you are a business owner or HR professional looking to develop management and leadership capabilities or support individual performance we can work with you to develop a coaching programme combining group facilitation and individual sessions.
Alternatively, you might be looking to include coaching in your health and well-being offer.
